Joe hails from Salem OH where he was the oldest of three
siblings. Joe graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Psychology and
minors in Christian Education and Youth Ministry.
After
College, Joe was an area director at Raybird ministries for a summer
before directing the youth ministry at First United Methodist
in Lake Wales Florida. Joe then served as a missionary to young adults
in Italy with the Campus Crusade for Christ.
Joe joined First Church in 2003.
On May 26, 2007 Joe married Alice.
