Why  Come to Church?

As food satisfies our need called hunger and water will satisfy thirst, so a church community, such as ours, provides that which will address your need to know God.

God loves you, longs to know you in a most personal way and offers all things necessary for us to become everything we were created to be. Yes, we marry and bury people, but we are far more involved in helping one another to love God and one another.

 Plymouth First United Methodist Church is Located between Beck and Sheldon at 45201 N. Territorial, on the west end of Plymouth, Michigan.
We are also situated at the intersection where:

• Spiritual seekers encounter God

• Skeptical folks are embraced

• Uncertain persons find direction

• Successful individuals discover significance

• Children are treated as the precious persons they are

• Teenagers are taken seriously

Yes, we have been touched and changed by the love of God in Jesus Christ. It matters not who we are, where we've been, what we've done or what has happened to us, we are all welcome in this place. God desires to touch and change each one of us - including you!
